With Premera, you have more than just a health plan. We offer ways to help you manage your health care costs and get the support you need to stay healthy.
Premera offers Medicare Supplement Plans A, G, High Deductible G and N. These are standardized plans approved by each state that provides hospital and medical coverage.
Plan A
Basic coverage for those with fewer hospital and physician expenses.
Plan C
For applicants who were initially eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020.
Plan G
Most complete medical coverage. Plan G provides the best coverage for Medicare-covered services. That means no copayments or coinsurance. Plan G doesn’t cover the Medicare Part B deductible, so you’ll pay that cost if you choose Plan G.
High Deductible G (HDG)
A high deductible and a lower monthly rate. A nice fit if you prefer a high deductible health plan. Once the plan deductible is met, Plan HDG pays 100% of covered services for the rest of the calendar year. Your payment of the Medicare Part B deductible counts towards meeting the annual plan deductible. You can also use funds in an existing HSA (health savings account) to pay for medical expenses applied to your deductible.
Plan N
Coverage with a copay. 100% coverage on all Medicare-covered inpatient hospital services. After you’ve met your Part B deductible, you pay a copay for office visits and emergency room visits.

Fitness Membership from Silver&Fit®
You have access to the free Silver&Fit Healthy Aging and Exercise program as part of your Premera Medicare Supplement plan. Your Silver&Fit membership includes:
- Access to thousands of local and nationwide fitness clubs
- Thousands of on-demand workout videos on the Silver&Fit website
- Your choice of one Home Fitness Kit per benefit year from 10 different options
- Ability to attend a fitness class, join a walking group, or take part in a fun social activity

24-Hour NurseLine
Help is only a call away.
All Premera Medicare members have access to free, confidential help from a nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Nurses are available through this service to answer questions about medications, help you decide when and where to seek care, or simply provide reassurance when you need it.
How to use this benefit:
Call 855-339-8123 to speak with a nurse in the event of a non-emergency.
Call 911 or go to the emergency room in the case of life-threatening emergencies, such as heart attacks or strokes.
